Doceree’s preparations for the imminent launch of its artificial intelligence-powered commercialization platform continue as the martech developer named two new executives to its leadership team this week.

Yeshwanth “Yesh” Srinivasan has been appointed chief AI officer, while Graham Wilkinson has been selected as chief innovation officer.

Both roles are directly related to the performance of Daily Command, the platform slated for industrywide release on July 14 that Doceree is framing as an AI-powered operating system for managing the planning, execution and measurement of health and pharma marketing work. As the company noted in Wednesday’s announcement, the new hires “will own the two capabilities that determine whether a category-defining platform endures.”

For Srinivasan, that’ll mean overseeing and refining the AI software at the heart of Daily Command. He joins Doceree with nearly 20 years of experience in software engineering, data science and AI development, most recently serving as VP of data science and engineering at programmatic advertising tech company TripleLift.

Wilkinson, meanwhile, will be tasked with ensuring the continued growth and reinvention of Doceree’s platform. His own two-decade career has featured stops at Dentsu, IPG Mediabrands’ Reprise Digital and Kinesso, and Acxiom, the Omnicom-owned data broker; at both Kinesso and Acxiom, he held the combined title of chief innovation officer and global head of AI.

“Yesh has built AI that runs at a scale almost no one in healthcare has operated at, and Graham has spent a career separating real innovation from theater inside the biggest agencies on earth. Together they make our intelligence smarter and our roadmap braver, exactly what this moment demands,” Doceree CEO Harshit Jain said in the release.

The new hires are the latest in a steady stream of announcements centered around Daily Command. Following the introduction of the platform last month, Doceree this week unveiled a feature that will be available only via Daily Command: Clinical Intent Signals, which aims to give marketers access to real-time data on digital indicators of HCP decision-making.

solli’s Final Thoughts

Doceree’s two new leaders join another pair of executive appointments announced at CMI Media Group this week as indicators of the significant focus right now on AI, data analytics and innovation across pharma media and marketing.

As the industry undergoes an AI-fueled transformation, agencies, software developers and other players are rapidly bulking up their tech offerings. Many seem to agree that the new tools can’t simply be plugged in and left alone, but require a full ecosystem of support to ensure their proper integration and usability—hence, the move to bolster executive teams with leaders who can own cutting-edge technologies and guide their teams into this brave new world.
