A newly launched platform from Real Chemistry is aimed at supporting health and pharma marketers in the planning, activation and measurement of HCP-facing campaigns.

The AI-powered MaestroHCP platform is designed to bring omnichannel orchestration into a single workflow, according to Thursday’s launch announcement.

The technology, built in collaboration with Amazon Web Services’ Professional Services team, draws on audience intelligence, approved content, channel requirements and performance data to help marketers perform real-time personalization, next-best-action deployment, investment decisioning and closed-loop measurement across all of an HCP campaign’s active channels. Per the announcement, that could potentially improve audience identification, media selection and performance measurement, all while working within industry regulations and brand-defined guidelines.

An early pilot of the platform reportedly resulted in a 57% increase in engagement rates compared to traditional approaches.

Ultimately, according to Real Chemistry, the platform is meant to support marketers in several key areas: improving HCP-level journey design, closed-loop measurement and optimization, and investment decisioning, while continuously improving its offerings as it takes in more audience and campaign data over time.

“For years, marketers have invested in data, intelligence and sophisticated engagement strategies, yet the last mile between insight and execution has remained stubbornly manual, fragmented and difficult to scale,” Elizabeth Beringer, president of Real Chemistry Media, said in the announcement.

“With MaestroHCP, we are unifying decisioning, orchestration and activation so marketers can deliver more relevant experiences to HCPs with greater transparency and control,” Beringer said. “The future of marketing is smarter orchestration, and MaestroHCP was made for it.”

solli’s Final Thoughts

The launch of MaestroHCP reflects a broader shift across the pharma marketing industry toward AI-powered orchestration that can connect audience insights, channel activation and performance measurement within a single workflow.

As brands face increasing pressure to deliver more sophisticated, highly personalized HCP engagement while also demonstrating business impact, integrated platforms that bring the entire planning, activation and measurement process into one central location may help redefine how omnichannel campaigns are strategized and optimized.
