Space & Time Targets Expansion with New Investment from Datawrkz

Both parties seeking integrate tech for growth across geographies

Independent UK growth marketing agency Space & Time, with a growing global pharma media team, has announced a major investment boost following the acquisition of a “significant stake” by global ad-tech company Datawrkz, a firm backed by gaming giant Nazara. The investment aims to fuel Space & Time’s expansion across Europe and North America as it sets its sights on becoming the leading growth marketing agency in Europe.

This partnership seeks to combine the strengths and reach of both companies. Space & Time, well-established across the UK, is looking to benefit from Datawrkz presence across the US, India, and Singapore, with headquarters in Texas.

Founded in 2000, Space & Time has seen strong growth in recent years, becoming one of the select Google Premier Partners in the UK, and pushing on successfully within the global pharma media sector. The agency will continue under the leadership of CEO Chris Jones and managing director Heather Connearn, while Datawrkz CEO and founder, Senthil Govindan, will join the board. Space & Time founder Peter Jones and COO Sandy Gil will depart as part of the transaction.

Govindan expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, noting the shared client-focused culture of both companies and his excitement to scale the partnership. Chris Jones echoed this sentiment, citing Datawrkz’s investment in data and technology as instrumental in securing Space & Time’s future growth and expanding client opportunities.
