Cancellation Policy for solli.global, owned by Skittle Media Ltd.

1. Subscription Options

Solli.global, owned by Skittle Media Ltd, offers both monthly and annual premium subscription plans to access premium content and services. These plans are designed to provide flexibility to meet the diverse needs of business clients.

2. Billing

2.1 Initial Payment: Upon subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, you will be charged immediately for the initial period of your subscription.
2.2 Recurring Billing: The subscription fee is billed on a recurring basis and will be automatically charged to the payment method you have on file.
– Monthly Subscriptions: Billed each month on the calendar month anniversary date of the start of the monthly subscription.
– Annual Subscriptions: Billed annually on the anniversary of the subscription start date.

3. Cancellation by Subscriber

3.1 Minimum Subscription Term: There is a minimum subscription term of three (3) full months for all monthly subscriptions. During this period, you may not cancel your subscription. After the completion of the three-month term, you may cancel under the conditions specified below.

3.2 Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions: After the initial 3-month term, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

3.3 Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions:

-Cancellations made within 14 days of the subscription start date may be eligible for a refund.

-Cancellations after this period will result in continuation of access until the end of the current billing year with no refund.

3.4 Method of Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you can do so within the ‘Subscriptions’ tab of my.solli or by contacting our customer service team through the ‘Get in Touch’ button on solli.global.

4. Auto-Renewal

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions: Your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel the service according section 3.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions: Your annual subscription will automatically renew each year. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before your renewal date to remind you that the annual renewal fee will be charged to your account.

5. Refunds

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions. However, cancelling your subscription stops further monthly billing.
5.2 Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be available within 14 days of either the initial subscription start date or the annual renewal date. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations after this 14-day period.

6. Effects of Cancellation

6.1 Upon cancellation, your access to the premium content will cease at the end of the current paid period. You will not receive a refund if the cancellation request is made outside of the refund period specified for annual subscriptions.
6.2 You will continue to have unlimited access to all free content on solli.global, and your my.solli saved activity will be unaffected.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

7.1 Skittle Media Ltd reserves the right to modify subscription fees and to introduce new charges at any time, upon at least 28 days prior notice to you, which notice may be provided by e-mail.
