An investment that seeks to enhance Swoop’s ability to connect pharmaceutical brands, healthcare providers, and patients through data-driven, privacy-compliant marketing strategies.
Swoop’s CEO, Ron Elwell, highlighted the value of MyHealthTeam’s condition-specific patient communities, stating, “We acquired MyHealthTeam – a leading opted-in patient universe – because of their ability to build trusted, condition-specific patient communities at scale.” The acquisition allows Swoop to further expand its patient-centric approach by combining its data and AI capabilities with MyHealthTeam’s robust network of over 62 patient communities. This integration is intended to help pharmaceutical brands engage with patients more effectively across multiple platforms, including digital and TV channels.
